If poster session panels ( W900 x H2100mm, placard surface W900 x H1800mm) provided by the conference center are used, the following setup/operation/removal fee is required. The panels will be set up and removed by the contractor of the conference center.

Exhibitions in public spaces (corridor, lobbies, foyers, etc.)
1. Commercial use
(1) Corridor (connecting to the hotel)
A per-day fixture fee is required if tables, chairs, poster session panels, etc., are used.
If system panels are furnished by the organizer, a fee of \262 per panel per day is required.
(2) Other space
A fee of \324 per square meter per day will be required for spaces solely occupied by the organaizer. A fee is required if equipments are used.
2. Non-commercial use
Space is provided free of charge for exhibitions, poster sessions accompanying non-commercial event such as academic conference. A fee is required if equipments are used.
3. Other matters of importance
One or more conference room must be used in either of the cases described above.
